We guarantee your flowers/plant will remain fresh and beautiful for at least 24 hours after delivery. If for any reason your flowers/plant should die or wilt within 24 hours please call us immediately for replacement.
Substitution Policy: We do our very best to fill your order with the flowers shown in the arrangement chosen; however, due to seasonality and availability it may be necessary to substitute flower type and/or color with flowers of equal or greater value. Thank you for your understanding.
